And King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all that she desired, whatever she asked besides what was given her by the bounty of King Solomon. So she turned and went back to her own land, with her servants." (1 Kings 10:1-13 RSV) Later Jewish legend fleshed out many of the narrative details. Solomon's gift of "whatever she desired" was made concrete in a sexual relationship, and great efforts were expended in compiling lists of the riddles by which the Queen of Sheba had tested Solomon's wisdom;the queen's satisfaction with her visit was due to Solomon having made her pregnant;
But did they inhibit/obstruct their souls from being together or did they nurture/encourage them? What would you do if you had everything but the fruit of your lovers line? Wouldn't that be what you would want in life instead of nothing at all?

European palette with the hint of mystery .Things that “normal” people would not be able to see and feel. All of that, plus a little crazy - that what she is.

The Queen of Sheba was impressed with the elegance of the House of Solomon. Not only were the dishes impressive but the way in which the servants served her was unsurpassed. This gives us all a lesson that we can use in our own lives. The way in which we treat one another speaks volumes. In this painting we see exactly what happened after the impressive meal the two monarchs shared. The regalia and beauty of the queen is sincere, intense and mostly she has opened herself to him.
